Primarily, though, Mastering Tempering Chocolate uncovers the mysteries of tempering. Tempering is the first and most important step in successfully making your own chocolates. This is your chance to ask all the questions you want about tempering, and how to do it perfectly - every time.
Ellane will show you how to make some of the easy chocolate candies, once you have mastered tempering.
