French Gimlet with Elderflower Syrup Recipe
Directions
1. Squeeze 1/2 lime into shaker. Put lime half into shaker with ice and smash them together.
2. Add syrup and gin. Shake well.
3. Serve in gimlet or martini glasses.
*To add a classic gin flavor, and not over power the subtle flower notes of the Elderflower syrup, we recommend sticking to a clean dry gin such as Bombay Sapphire or Martin Millers.
