"Always stirring the pot", June Taylor was at the very beginning of the food revolution. She was healthy and organic before it was cool or fahionable or elitist. She and her friends in Berkely were at the forefront of the current "real food" revolution. Her attention to detail to create the very best possible stems from both looking to history to learn, and looking forward to create something new. June's version of a holiday is to return to England and sit in the British Library to look for the original recipes for jams and marmalades. We've known June since we founded ChefShop.com over 20 years ago!

You have a knack for writing and should consider writing books, and or team up with David Leibovitz (old pastry chef at Chez Panisse…who now lives in Paris)….he has a wonderful news letter also.  I always take my time reading both of your newsletter ( yours and his)  as there is so much care put into them.
