Flamigni - Forli, Italy

About Flamigni

The Flamigni brothers were born as Italian pastry masters and, in some ways, they still are. Our founders, brothers Armando, Lieto and Aurelio, opened a pastry and coffee shop in Saffi Square in Forlì, Italy in 1930. A few years later, they had already opened other shops in nearby towns and almost all travelers coming from the North to the Adriatic coast were stopping by to order Italian pastries and Flamigni panettones. What were the their success? A touch of discipline and the choice of the best ingredients. To say it in one word: quality!

Just wanted to send a quick note to say that I really love how you write about food. I love the mix of storytelling and passion that comes through in the narrative, as well as the practical advice on preparation. I’m sure it takes time to produce such content, but it does not go unnoticed.
