A Persian Repast Cooking Class - From one of the oldest civilizations in the world, Persian cuisine exhibits all that is refined and beautiful about food. Delicate scents, surprising pairings, rich flavors and lavish decoration are part of even the simplest dish. Come and enjoy a very elegant meal with us and float away on a saffron-scented wind. This evening you will enjoy: Herb Frittata, (kuku sabzi), Chicken stewed in Walnuts and Pomegranate; (khoresht-e Fesenjan) Pasta, Greens and Bean Soup (Ash-e Reshteh) ; Spicy Eggplant Dip with Pita Bread Kashk-e Bademjan; and Saffron Rice Pudding with Rosewater Syrup Shole Zard. You’ll also sample a bite of Ash-eh Reshteh
You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
