Wow!!!

I was not sure what this tiny lentil would do.. I wanted to try it to see if I could get a different taste/flavor…,
I was delightfully surprised by how the peas held up.. Good taste/flavor nice mush with a bite and good color.. I cooked them with a good well made Italian sausage.. Will buy again when needed…
