Crispy Kale Recipe

Another incredibly simple and incredibly delicious recipe from Chef, Lauren Feldman. This recipe will even make your kids excited about eating kale!

ingredients:
1 large head of fresh kale
olive oil
sea salt

directions:
Tear the kale into 2 inch pieces, wash and dry well. Toss with olive oil and sea salt. Bake at 375° for about 12-15 minutes, or until crispy, stirring the kale half way through baking. Serve immediately. (c) Lauren Feldman
