Extra Virgin, First Cold Pressed Estate-Bottled Olive Oils
We only carry Estate-bottled Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed olive oil (EVOO), with pressing temperatures maintained below 27 degrees Celsius. We personally know the producers of the olive oil we carry, or someone who works with them. A quick note about olive oil dates: olives are harvested and pressed in the northern hemisphere between October and December. This means that current oils will have a harvest date from the previous year.
