Flamigni - Forli, Italy

About Flamigni

The Flamigni brothers were born as Italian pastry masters and, in some ways, they still are. Our founders, brothers Armando, Lieto and Aurelio, opened a pastry and coffee shop in Saffi Square in Forlì, Italy in 1930. A few years later, they had already opened other shops in nearby towns and almost all travelers coming from the North to the Adriatic coast were stopping by to order Italian pastries and Flamigni panettones. What were the their success? A touch of discipline and the choice of the best ingredients. To say it in one word: quality!

At the end of the week, after all the news has been digested, I look to ChefShop’s newsletter as my respite to life. On Sunday, I curl up in bed with my newsletter to forget about the weeks news, and think about romance. The romance of food!
