4 bananasNocciolata Hazelnut Crememarshmallows sliced or minigraham cracker or other cookie like crumbs
Banana Boats are like summer. And really go well in the fall and winter months too. Super fun to construct and no special tools needed! All it takes is a banana split, smeared with Nocciolata, small or sliced marshmallows, and if you want graham crackers, crumbled them on top. That's it. Even if it is a once a quarter of a century kind of thing, whether it is the first time or an old friend the banana boat almost always has some kind of palate history for you!The making, the baking, and the eating is all part of the experince. For me the memory in the bite is memorable... the gooey sticky mess all in your mouth and all over your fingers. directions:1. Pull back a small section of the peel and split the banana down the middle 2. Spread some Nocciolata crema on the banana 3. Slice the marshmallow lengthwise and lay them in on top of the Nocciolata and banana4. Crumble the cracker over everything if you want5. Wrap in foil completely and bake in a 350° f oven for about 10 minutes - melted is a nice gauge6. Remove from the oven and pull back the foil. If you want you can torch the marshmallow to get that burned look and the crispy bite you get from a campfire. Dig in with a big spoon!
