Winter is fading, and Spring is fast approaching! Chef Lesa will show you how to make the most of the late Winter/early Spring harvest and give you tips on selecting, storing and preparing your goods. Recipes include: Brown Rice Salad with Kale and Goat Cheese and Black Currants, Kabocha Squash Mac and Cheese, Grilled Flank Steak with Green Chimichurri, Sicilian Roasted Cauliflower Appetizer and Homemade Shortbread Cookies.

You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
