Pink Clams in Brine - 3.2 oz Chile
Divers dive as much as 50 feet into the sea along the 2500 mile coast of Chile to hand harvest these clams. Then they are hand cleaned and canned in a HACCP FDA certified facility.
These Pink Clams come from the cold waters off the southern coast. A beautiful shape they lend themselves to very simple dishes. Imagine lightly heated together a teaspoon of butter, a little cream, bacon, and topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
