Persian Star organic hard-neck garlic is a standard purple strip with a spicy, flavorful taste. Not too hot. Persian Star has a wonderful flavor when eaten raw or when baked. A man named John Swenson first purchased this garlic in an Uzbekistan bazaar in the city of Samarkand.
