Many years ago we came across a 4X Bourbon vanilla extract. It was by far the most flavorful and least alcohol'ish tasting we had found. Unfortunately, that vanilla is still unavailable. For the last three years we have been looking for a replacement with no success. Well, now we have found one.

Eurovanille Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract with natural grains is pastry chef grade and is manufactured from premium natural vanilla beans. It contains no water or alcohol.

They use 320g of pods per kilo to produce this extract. Due to the strength of this Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract only 1/3 to 1/2 of the usual amount will be required. In addition this Pure Vanilla Extract is certified Kosher.
