Fresh, Never Frozen Fillets - directly off the boat, processed right at fisherman's terminal here in Seattle, and then shipped overnight directly to you. You can't get much fresher. In season, Halibut come into port literally every day.

Important Shipping Information: * Please plan to be available on delivery day, so that your halibut doesn't have to sit outside in hot weather. We will email you (via UPS) the day the halibut ships so you know when to expect it. * Call us (800.596.0885) for shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii. We are unable to ship fresh fish to international destinations. * If your order includes both fresh fish and other items, the fish will ship separately and you will be charged our regular ground shipping for the non-perishable items. * Fish orders shipped separately are subject to additional shipping charges. * We ship all orders early in the week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) - so that they arrive to you before the weekend. Please place your order by Friday to be shipped the following week. * We try to get as close to 10-11 pounds as possible. We like to try to send full fillets. If the weight is significantly more or less than 10-11 pounds, then we adjust the price accordingly. If the shipment is significantly over the 10-11 pounds, we will also charge you for the extra poundage.

Our favourite cocoa
I have 8 varieties of cocoa at home -- red cocoa, black cocoa, natural cocoa, and several high-end specialty cocoas (Barry Extra Brut, Valrhona, Guittard, Ghirardelli...). My family goes through enormous quantities of cocoa powder -- for hot cocoa, brownies, chocolate cakes, cookies... and this is by far our favourite. It has depth, complexity, and richness. While the specialty cocoas are excellent, I find they can sometimes be quite bitter, lack richness or body. This one is always perfect for whatever we are making. And being in Canada, I go to great lengths to buy this cocoa -- that should tell you how much we love it! - Monika
