This salametto is a small, coarsely ground, garlic-scented salame. It is rich in color, full flavored and robust - ideal for snacks and a handy accompaniment on picnics and outdoor excursions. Slice easily to desired thickness with a good knife. Each one is approximately 3/4 pound.
