Mustapha's whole coriander was grown in the fertile region of Sidi Qacim, northwest of Fes. Its flavor is warm and sweetish with strong overtones of citrus especially orange peel. Along with cumin and anise, coriander is one of the most essential spices in the Moroccan kitchen.
