Traditional, premium ricotta cheese Cannoli Cream made using only the finest ingredients.

Cream is packed in an easy to use pastry bags, a convenient way to fill your cannoli shells at dessert time. Simply thaw the filling in the refrigerator for 12 hours before serving, snip the tip of the pastry bag, and squeeze the cream into the center of the shell moving outward; repeat on the other side. Remaining cannoli cream may be refrigerated or re-frozen for later use.
