Camelina Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe
A high omega-3 version of a traditional vinaigrette recipe. Easy to make and store in a jar in the fridge.
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Camelina Oil
1 tablespoons demerera sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh tarragon - chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Measure all ingredients into a glass jar or small bowl. Shake to combine or whisk together.
Makes 3 cups
