Measure out 1 cup of Caputo "00" Chefs Flour. Remove 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and place it back in your flour canister. Replace the removed all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Sift and mix into a bowl along with the following 1 teaspoon India Tree Superfine Cane Sugar (or substitute Maasdam's Famous Home Made Sorghum Syrup after adding eggs) 1/2 teaspoon of Trapani Fine Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder Add 2 eggs and beat in dry mixture Add 2 tablespoons Essential Pantry Rice Bran Oil and mix in Add 1 cup, or more apple juice or orange juice, at least. I like a smooth, not thick mix. Mix thoroughly with a whisk if available. A fork works to. Frying pan with rice bran oil. Pour in until bubbles and flip. Waffles take longer than normal as there is more liquid. Add crushed banana if you like and reduce the amount of apple juice. Add blueberries either before or after you pour into pan, before you flip.
