Use for both pancakes and waffles. Makes eight deep waffles and ten or so pancakes.

Sift and mix into a bowl
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon sugar
(or substitute high quality maple syrup after adding eggs)
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder

Add 2 eggs and beat in dry mixture

Add 2 tablespoons rice bran oil and mix in

Add 1 cup, or more apple juice or orange juice, at least.
I like a smooth, not thick mix.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk if available. A fork works to.

Frying pan with rice bran oil. Pour in until bubbles and flip.

Waffles take longer than normal as there is more liquid.

Add crushed banana if you like and reduce the amount of apple juice.
Add blueberries either before or after you pour into pan, before you flip.
