Cooking the Fall Farmer's Market Class Thursday, October 8th, 2015 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Instructor: Chef Pam Sawyer Summer is fading, and winter is fast approaching! Chef Pam will show you how to make the most of the fall harvest and give you tips on selecting, storing and preparing your goods. Recipes include Farmer's Market Salad with Roasted Balsamic Pears & Shaved Parmagiano-Reggiano, Roast Pork Tenderloin with Prosciutto, Sage and Smoky Blue Cheese, Wild Mushroom and Squash Risotto, Farro Pilaf with Dried Tart Cherries, Thyme, Walnuts & Goat Cheese, and Muhammara Dip with Sumac Pita Chips. You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation. Class limit: 14-16 Discounts given when signing up for 4 or more classes at one time.
