The holidays are just around the corner. Your calendar will filled with parties, school events, potlucks, open houses, community events. Busy, busy, busy. You'll probably be asked to "bring something," but who has the time? You will because you'll have learned some fast and fabulous appetizers. If you have 20 minutes and the right ingredients, you'll be amazed at the delicious results. Your friends and family will be totally impressed! Recipes include: Orange Chips with Goat Cheese, Fig and Aged Balsamic, Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Dip, Warm Olives with Rosemary, garlic and Lemon, Chickpea and Mint Crostini, Chicken Tonnato Cups with Lemon and Capers, Brie Brule, and Calamari and Spice Mayonnaise.
You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
