Feeling a bit peckish? Wishing the sun would at least consider making an appearance? So do as the Italians do; take up fome food projects that embrace the season. The scents in your kitchen will make you wish for a winter without end! At the end of this very short day, we will cook and devour: Tuscan Winter Soup; Braised Pork with Juniper, Mushrooms and Rosemary over Pappardelle Pasta; Braised Kale with Sundried Tomatoes, Olives and Pine Nuts; Semoline Cake with Bay-Scented Mascarpone Cream.
You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good
conversation.
