Learn the history and origins of some of the most commonly used Spanish ingredients, as you learn how to prepare a variety of tapas dishes such as Tomato Bread Salad (this is delicious - a twist on Pan de Tomate in a salad), Marinated olives, Gazpacho shooters, Stuffed piquillo peppers, Fried marcona almonds (2 ways) and
Jamon Serrano flans.
